Hi everyone! How are the laborious 3 Weeks treating all of you? Hopefully the positivity and greatness of Jupiter in Leo is lifting our consciousness up to greater heights!
We are starting this week on the last day of Cancer and the New Moon of Leo; one foot in water and one already in fire! There are 10 days left until the end of the heaviest time zone of the year, so let’s get ready for our last green mile.
As we are accustomed, first we will find out a bit more about our lovely friends the Leos, and of course about the atmosphere we will all be bathing in this month.
Leos are ruled by no less than the Sun, Its Majesty itself! Very much like their ruler, they feel that the world (and possibly even the planets) has to revolve around them. A bit affected by some kind of a “God syndrome,” Leos feels they are here to save the world… and there is most definitely a Superman or Spiderman suit hanging in their closet!
As it happens, they are fantastic at sorting out other people’s lives in 10 seconds flat (“Sure, what’s the problem? You should do this, that, and… voila!!!”), while their lives are pretty much chaotic. God forbid we should order a Leo to do this or that… they tend to be a bit bossy and very cactus-like when told what to do!
Truth be told, Leos are really transparent: What you get is what you see! Their feelings transpire very easily. And financially, our dear friends live way beyond their means! Many Leos happen to actually be extremely clever with money, borrowing from one place to put in the other bank account… it’s just that oftentimes, this money does not even exist!
Extremely generous 90 % of the time, we unfortunately also find horribly stingey Leos. This extreme behavior is due to the fact that they represent the fire of the fire in the zodiacal wheel, entirely left column energy.
One of the battle horses of Leos is fairness, for themselves and others. If something appears unfair, they are capable of destroying everything, including themselves.
Yes… you've guessed it! Leos live on a very high and intense frequency, and that power needs to be channeled properly, otherwise a Leo can become a complete workaholic and drop dead of a heart attack one day. Or, as we discover, 40 % of the world’s dictators are born under this sign - Napoleon, Mussolini, Fidel Catro, and Chavez, for example.
Way more intellectual than intuitive, Leos are terrible at asking for help. Then, there are the occasional know-it-alls and loud types that are really high maintenance! The rage of our Lion king is legendary; like a dragon, all that is left is ashes. The worst revenge of the zodiac belongs to them, but only if the offense was serious enough… otherwise they will forgive easily. Leos need a lot of strength to stand up for their beliefs, because they hate not being popular.
So, after hearing all of that, what can we expect from this month? The chart is half water and half fire, with 4 planets in Pisces and 4 in Leo. Oh my, the dolphin and the Lion just met! Complete opposites combined themselves this week for a very specific purpose.
Leo is about the self, Pisces is about the entire world. Leos have to be bold and noticed, Pisces would rather die on the spot than be that obvious. Leos can be revengeful, Pisces would feel too guilty to be that way; in short, the 2 extremes of human behavior are both represented in this week’s chart! We already know by instinct that these extremes are very unhealthy spiritually, emotionally and physically.
The cosmos is pinpointing this week to be one of truly undesirable behaviors existing in all of humankind.
Jean Paul Sartre, a French philosopher and existentialist, once wrote: "Hell… it’s the others.” Oh boy, was he wrong! That’s the way we all feel – my life would be so much easier or greater if that person, family member, colleague, neighbor, dog, etc., didn’t exist. But this is the behavior that we need to work on this week; hell is our selfishness and pride, not the “other!”
Our solution this week resides in developing more sensitivity and refinement when it comes to the other, whether it be human, animal, vegetable or mineral.
Kabbalists explain that everything in this universe has a right to exist. Our beloved teacher Rav Berg (a Leo himself!), always fought for the idea of human dignity andbasic respect for everything that is alive, while our teacher Karen is a living example of acceptance of all, with no judgmentwhatsoever.
Because this week's chart is packed with Pisces and Leo energies, we receive great cosmic help to learn respect, but also to share our own personal Light and gifts with the entire universe. Practically, let’s simply wake up this week like the Sun to rise and shine, with no strings attached!
Much thinking to do for just one week, but we need to remember that this amazing new consciousness can build bigger potential for us to love and be loved!
More to come next week…
Love and Light to all of you!
