Here we are in full blown lunar Scorpio! Let’s find out what messages are in our cosmic mailbox!
"This week’s chart opens up with incredible intensity."
This week’s chart opens up with incredible intensity. In fact, three planets are already in Scorpio, and the moon is in melancholic Pisces and conjunct to Neptune. In addition (hold on tight…), we have four T-squares which are forming a grand square. Everything in the universe seems to be coming to a halt!
Planet Mars, the ruler of Scorpio, is in feisty Aquarius along with the MC, a Black Moon, and South Node. The cherry on top is that Uranus is also opposing the sun (still in Libra) to almost its exact degree. Hmmmmm…
So, shall we stay home, protected by shelter? Or, do we dare to go out and confront any upcoming “situations” (read: conflicts)?
As I mentioned in our last post, kabbalists teach that Scorpios come in three forms: the snake (spiritually in very poor condition!), the scorpion (so-so, spiritually speaking), and the eagle (the highest level). The scorpion is more evolved than the snake, but it is blind, acts on survival instincts, and is plagued with insecurities and fears. In contrast, the eagle is gifted with incredible vision of the bigger picture. In kabbalistic symbolism, the eagle is also the archangel, which carries the central column energy – the absolute balance. In short, the central column (or air) energy is, indeed, exactly what we need to draw into our lives this week.
This coming week, we are not to interfere with events unless it is absolutely clear we should. Mars in Aquarius has a difficult aspect to Neptune. Situations or negotiations might become hazy, or take a completely unexpected turn! No need to panic, everything will soon get better. Patience and calm observation are on the menu.
"The biggest gift in life is PEACE."
This week's energy is our vaccination against hasty judgments. Oftentimes, we get involved too hastily, taking sides without having all our facts straight. All of a sudden we think we know what is best for everyone, and we are here to save the day. Usually, this behavior is followed by a big catastrophe! The planets are suggesting we keep the status quo right now, carefully examine all angles, and maintain a good dose of certainty.
If anything, our job is to actually try and pacify things around us. The biggest gift in life is PEACE. Many kabbalistic prayers end with the word shalom, which means peace. We may find we are tested this week, not only on our ability to stay above conflicts, just like the eagle, but also on our capacity to create peace around us. In the Zodiac, lunar Cheshvan (Scorpio) symbolizes internal growth, regeneration, recreation, and reinvention. But, as the kabbalists teach us, it always comes at a price.
The big sandbag we can drop this week is hasty judgment. This is a very important time in our spiritual growth; make time for calm reflection, away from drama. Meditate on a strong and better version of ourselves as peacemakers, reawakening the eagle in all of us.
We should meditate on the 72 Name, “teacher not preacher!”
Peace and elevation to all!
