Good communication has the power to heal, and the month of Gemini instills the need to communicate in all of us. Knowing when and how to speak our truth is important to our collective spiritual development. Humanity would greatly benefit if we could only know how to communicate properly. Child-parent relationships, romantic partnerships, friendships, and even our workplace relationships can be strengthened from choosing our words wisely this month.
"Use the gift of communication to create blessings in your life."
One thing to keep in mind during the month of Gemini, is that communication is a two-way street. To be a good communicator requires two aspects: Talking and listening. Geminis are master talkers, but listening? Not so much! Listening is no less important than talking. Geminis are often so excited about what they want to say, they don’t pay attention to the person in front of them; they don’t really want to hear what they have to say! Geminis are not interested in the thoughts of others unless they are based on information and facts. But, their masterminds will convince you they are experts on the topic. They can sell ice to an Eskimo!
This month, use the gift of communication to create blessings in your life. Geminis are great with collecting information and data, writing, speaking, and teaching. It can be a great time to start a journal, even if you are simply writing to yourself. Make an exercise of just listening and choose your words carefully.
At the New Moon, Mars squares Pluto. Well, if the Gemini energy in the cosmos didn’t offer you enough patience to begin with, the aspect between Mars and Uranus will create a little bit more of it. On a positive note, it creates a lot of passion, excitement, and the desire to do – to be out there and to be free. Alternatively, we need to be careful not to do things too fast without considering the consequences. There is a tendency to move forward and take risks at this time. But taking risks without calculating the consequences can lead to problems in the future.
On the day of the New Moon, the planet Uranus will move into the sign of Taurus after being in the sign of Aries for seven years. Uranus is the planet of unexpected change, electricity, and a rebel energy, and it is entering the serenity and physical sign of Taurus. Uranus changes everything, and Taurus hates change! Taureans have a love for the physical world (money, possessions, sex) and Uranus rebels against attachments. These two forces will have to live with each other for seven years, while we go through the consequential adjustments.
"Be kind and treat each other with human dignity."
Uranus is the Sefira of Binah (Desire to Share), and Taurus is the earth of earth or Malchut (Desire to Receive for the Self Alone). What an amazing opportunity to put Kabbalah into practice! Become a being of greater sharing! Love, value, and respect yourself for who you are and not for what you have.
Taureans don’t feel safe with Uranus, but when we share, think of others, or are busy with people who need help, then we will find security. The danger is that when we don’t feel secure and safe, we try to control others and behave with a lack of human dignity. Let go of the things that do not belong to you! Uranus offers an opportunity to break free from attachments. This is our chance to be free from the fear that we don’t have enough. Release yourself from the slavery of the physical. With high consciousness we can still have what we need.
Change is coming (personally and globally). There is a battle between Light and darkness. On one hand, we see more and more people are becoming spiritual – people who care for others and the world, and who want change. We see people who meditate and fight to save the planet. But on the other hand, there is more violence, fewer values, and more corruption. Each of us can tilt the scale toward the positive and begin to heal ourselves and the world.
So, let’s share with the world. Be kind and treat each other with human dignity. Enjoy money, but don’t let it rule you or determine who you are. Be loyal and enjoy the beauty of Mother Earth.
