The 12 Days of Aries, Day 10: Capricorn

Under the influence of Capricorn, we can hold the belief system that our value is derived from our ability to be successful in whatever we do. Not surprisingly, the motto for Capricorn is “I utilize, therefore I am.” This belief leads us to take the world on our shoulders, picking up responsibility even in places where it is not ours to pick up. Since this belief can in no way fulfill our soul, we become victims of ourselves, walking around with a constant feeling of lack and limitation.

Today, we have the opportunity to uproot this belief system and thereby change what we experience. By so doing, we can bring ourselves back into at-one-ment with the Source, understanding that we are successful, no matter what, because we are a spark of God who has been granted to the gift of the ability to cultivate a relationship with the Light within us and the people around us.

Before you being the cleansing exercise, take a minute to recognize if and how this shows up in your life and remember that what you own, you can change.

1. Acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for everything that happens in your life.
2. Petition the Creator to help you in this process.
3. Meditate on the Vav Hey Vav (see below) to uproot your belief that your value is based on your ability to be successful.
4. Meditate on the Hey Hey Ayin (see below) for unconditional love. Infuse yourself with the love that flows from the Creator throughout the entire universe.
5. Thank the Creator for allowing you this process.

You can repeat this process as many times as you want or need to during the day, especially when or if you find yourself in a situation where you are reacting like a Capricorn.
