Rosh Hashanah, literally “Head of the Year”, is the birthday of all humanity. Since creation began on the 25th day of Virgo, the first day of Libra correlates to the sixth day of creation and the day on which Adam and Eve were created. Kabbalah teaches that Adam and Eve are the two halves of the original soul, and that we were all part of that original soul. Therefore, Rosh Hashanah is the day on which all of humanity renews its energy for the year. Learn more with our study tools below!
