  • It is not about receiving, it is about the intention for receiving
  • Expanding our vessel means expanding our desire to receive for the sake of sharing
  • Emotions are part of the body and show what we need to transform
  • Using spiritual tools for the sake of sharing reveals more Light for our Soul
  • The spiritual work is about restriction and sharing
  • Thinking big means being able to envision our transformation

Lesson Description

Rav Ashlag explains that the source of all chaos and negativity in our lives and in the world at large is the desire to receive for oneself alone. Therefore, in order to experience true and lasting fulfillment, it is required that each one of us resemble the essence of the Light, which is the ultimate source of endless blessings, through constant actions of restriction and sharing.

In this lesson, Eitan Yardeni explores the teachings shared by Rav Ashlag in his book, The Thought of Creation, pages 22-23.
