Lesson Description

In today’s lesson, Rav Berg drives home the point that Teshuvah is a process that happens on the level of consciousness. The Rav also discusses the power of becoming like the Creator.

In the accompanying text, Karen shares the concept of a daily Cheshbon Nefesh (accounting of the soul), as well a story from the Zohar about the power of true forgiveness. A download of the kabbalistic prayer connection called the Ribono Shel Olam is included, which we can use on a nightly basis to neutralize any negativity we have created throughout our day.
