Lesson Description

In today’s video Karen guides us in a meditation to release victim mentality using the 72 Name of God “Mem, Nun, Kuf” for Accountability. In the accompanying text, we learn more about the 72 Names of God. In the exercise, we are encouraged to write down the areas of our lives where feel or have felt victimized so that we can work more on clearing them out in tomorrow’s work.
