Today’s lesson is a brief conversation between Karen and His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar about the oneness of all beings and the paradigm shift that is currently happening in the world. Be sure to read the accompanying text from Karen in the PDF section for further explanation.

“To supplement what we discuss in the video, I’d like to share an interesting realization I came to regarding the heart: Whether you count from crown to heart or from root to heart, the heart is always the fourth chakra. In the Holy Name of the Creator (also known as the Yud, Hei, Vav, and Hei, or the Tetragrammaton), the fourth letter is the final Hei, corresponding to the physical world we live in (Malchut).
Not coincidentally, the heart, like that final Hei, is what determines whether we enjoy a life of fulfillment or not in this physical world. A heart that is hollow, a heart that has never felt failure or hurt, can never really appreciate the joy of true being.”
