In pages 50-51 of the book, The Thought of Creation, Rav Ashlag explains that the thought of creation is to give endlessly, it means that we already receive endlessly. Therefore, it is necessary that the desire to receive be aligned to the desire to share. In this lesson, Eitan Yardeni explains that every time we draw direct light (without any filters, such as deciding from anger), the energy cannot be revealed by our soul, so it feeds the klipot because the soul cannot handle it without restriction.
Rav Yehuda Ashlag, the founder of the Kabbalah Centre in 1922, shared all the insights he gained from the depth of his studies of Kabbalah in several written works, one of the most powerful and inspiring is The Thought of Creation which helps us understand the dynamic of the physical world and gives us tool to elevate our consciousness to the original intention of the Light for our lives.
