Born to Brazilian parents in a kibbutz in southern Israel, Imi pondered from a young age the meaning of life and what role humanity plays in the world. These questions led her to reading several of Rav Berg’s books, and soon after she began her spiritual journey at The Kabbalah Centre, where she found answers that simply made sense. Imi studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and worked as the Strategic and Research Department Manager at a television station in Israel, but though she was happy and felt she had accomplished much, she still felt something was missing. Becoming a student of Kabbalah gave her a sense of higher purpose, and her skills have led her to effectively and creatively performing various roles including Program Director for Spirituality for Kids and Centre Manager at first the Miami and then Israel Centres. She is currently back at the Miami Centre for a second term, where she lives with her husband, Chaim, and their three children. Imi hopes to help others find answers to profound questions through the wisdom of Kabbalah – just as she has.
